Antique English hunting comic print " The Merry
Harriers". I'm having a hard time making out the artist
name, it looks to read Jack Maron, Maren or Jack
Mason? On the backside cardboard cover it states
with a two stickers, Antique and Fine Prints, From
The Red Pale Of Eton, Windsor England. This print is
guaranteed to be over 100 yrs. old is also stated with
a sticker.

Measurementss 8 1/2 L by 5 1/2in. wide.

14 3/4in. Tall by 14 1.2in. Wide. 13 3/4in. deep.

History: Red Wing Union Stoneware Company
The Red Wing Stoneware Co. and the Minnesota Stoneware
Co. merged in 1892. The new company, the Red Wing Union
Stoneware Co., made stoneware until 1920 when it introduced a
pottery line that it continued until the 1940's.

Antique Artwork, Victorian Lady Portrait Painting, Is Well Worth Every Penny! This is an exceptional antique artwork portrait painting of a Victorian Lady. Looks to be painted with watercolors. Encased in the original antique wooden frame. Around the wooden antique frame, there is metal detailing of roses. This is most likely a portrait painting of someone's family member of her time. Original glass cover. Wire hanger. Frame measures 15 3/4in. L by 13 3/4in. W. The antique portrait painting is in overall great condition, especially for her age. One scratch above her shoulder about 3/4 of an inch. One nick on frame top upper left.

Antique Open Salt Pottery Cellar Box

Antique pottery open salt cellar box is in great condition for age. Some glaze crazing apparent. Color is a beautiful mustard yellow, & white vertical lines in the center. Original wooden lid, hinge is old in which affects the closing of the lid. No indication of maker. Measurements. 6in. wide, 5 3/4in. tall & 3 1/2in.deep. *History Of Open Salt Containers:* When salt was first mined, the supply was limited and expensive. The necessity for a receptacle in which to serve the salt resulted in the first open salt, a crude, hand carved, wooden trencher. As timed passed, salt receptacles were refined in style and materials. In the 1500's both master and individual salts existed. By the 1700's firms such as Meissen, Waterford, and Wedgewood were making glass, china and porcelain salts. Open salts were the only means of serving salt until the appearance of the shaker in the lated 1800's.
